In this last Lucky to Be Here of 2025, we continue our inwards exploration in search of inspiration for the new year, and we break down what makes a bold move. Throughout our episodes so far, we learned about our guest’s experiences living through these big life decisions, their own experience going through it and the emotions that these moments evoke. But to get there, it takes time and work. They grow into those bold moments, some faster than others. This is my own core belief, based on my own experience and my work:
Bold moves are built from within.
I define bold moves as “changes that imply risk and require you to be confident and courageous in doing them.” Of course, there is more to that. I break down bold moves into three key pillars I have identified over time: Heart, Complexity, and Faith. I expand on what I mean for each of them, and some examples of questions and resources that can support you through each of these pillars.

As we wrap up this year, I also want to thank you for being part of this journey with me. 2025 has been a year like no other, and quite an interesting one for my bold moves of quitting my job and building my business, including this podcast and newsletter from the ground up.
